Welcome to the official portal of the Rho Kappa Sigma Alumni Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. We proudly serve the communities of Loudoun County, Virginia.

It is my honor to serve as the President of the Loudoun County Alumni Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated.  This portal can be used to contact the Chapter, its members, and its officers regarding programs, services, and working in concert with others for the greater good of Loudoun County and its residents.

Chartered in 2016, Rho Kappa Sigma has been actively engaged in Loudoun County, strengthening partnerships, uplifting our neighbors, and collaborating with our Divine Nine partners to advance opportunities for all. We remain steadfast in our mission and energized by the work ahead.

I plan to continue to uphold the office with integrity, as my predecessors have, and continue the hard work with these professional men and our Sisters, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated to make an impact in the Loudoun County area.

​We will continue to demonstrate "Culture for Service and Service for Humanity".
